ALPA Insurance March Into Savings Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The ALPA Insurance March Into Savings Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by ALPA Insurance, 3030 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is governed by United States and Texas law.
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to:
• Legal residents of the United States
• Who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Who reside in the State of Texas
Entrants must either:
• Obtain a quote from ALPA Insurance during the Giveaway Period, or
• Be an existing ALPA Insurance customer and submit a referral during the Giveaway Period
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins March 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s system time will serve as the official timekeeping device.
3. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by:
• Requesting an insurance quote from ALPA Insurance
• Referring a friend as an existing customer
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. No purchase is required.

Mail entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
• One (1) Grand Prize: $500 Shopping Spree
• Five (5) Additional Prizes valued at $25 each
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $625.
The $500 Shopping Spree will be awarded in the form of a gift card or digital gift card at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will occur on or about April 5, 2026. Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email. If a selected winner cannot be reached within two (2) days, fails to respond, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion.
8. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized intervention. In no event shall Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Disputes
All disputes shall be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Texas. All matters are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Winners List
To request the names of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within 60 days of the Giveaway end date to:
