The ALPA Insurance FIFA Club World Cup™ Dallas Match Ticket Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by ALPA Insurance, 3030 N Stemmons Fwy, Suite A, Dallas, TX 75247 ("Sponsor"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to:

• • Legal residents of the United States;
• • Residents of the State of Texas; and
• • Individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entities involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to participate. Persons living in the same household as such individuals are also ineligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 12, 2026, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on June 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST ("Giveaway Period").

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Sponsor's computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter during the Giveaway Period by requesting and completing an insurance quote through ALPA Insurance.

No purchase of an insurance policy is required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.

Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud, automation, or other improper means may result in disqualification.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

• • Two (2) tickets to a FIFA Club World Cup™ match scheduled to take place in Dallas, Texas, on July 3, 2026.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): To be determined at the time of ticket acquisition.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, substituted, assigned, or exchanged except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to: transportation, parking, lodging, food and beverages, personal expenses, and travel-related costs.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur on or about June 29, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified by telephone, email, text message, or another method using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The selected winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification attempt.

If the selected winner: cannot be contacted; fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours; is found to be ineligible; declines the prize; or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the selected winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated until an eligible winner is confirmed and accepts the prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to require the winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and any other documentation deemed necessary before receiving the prize. Failure to complete and return required documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, policies, and restrictions imposed by the event organizer, venue, and ticket issuer.

7. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, city, state, and statements for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: violates these Official Rules; provides false information; attempts to tamper with the entry process; or engages in conduct deemed unfair or disruptive. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to: participation in the Giveaway; acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; attendance at the event; travel related to the event; or any technical, administrative, or human errors associated with the Giveaway.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries or communications. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or misplaced after delivery to the winner.

10. Event Disclaimer

Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, travel disruption, or other modification affecting the event. Should the match be canceled, postponed, or otherwise altered, Sponsor shall have no obligation beyond providing any replacement prize, if any, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA Club World Cup™, participating teams, venues, ticket providers, broadcasters, or any of their respective affiliates. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices and applicable law. By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of their information for Giveaway administration and related business purposes.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

Except where prohibited, participants agree that: any disputes shall be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action; any claims arising from the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas; and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Winners List

To obtain the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Giveaway Period to:
