Just renewed my policy with Lucy at the 28th st location in Ft Worth and this lady is 5 star all the way I'm on a fixed income and counting every penny and when I explained this to Lucy she took the time to go thru several searches and found me a new policy that's nearly $40 cheaper..AND my phone was acting up taking forever when trying to e-sign the documents with me even having to switch to a different phone and she still waited patiently never once trying to rush me or acting impatient and was really polite This is what you HOPE to find when conducting business over the phone and I just have to let everyone know Lucy at the 28th st location is the truth She should be considered for promotion and/or selected to train new agents because she represents Alpa perfectly Very professional Thank you💯
